Fell asleep on the couch last night sometime between 8 and 9, woke up enough to determine that Numb3rs was a rerun, and then hit the sack for good around 10:30. My body tried to get me up around 4:30, then 5, and then 6, but the mind managed to keep fighting back. Finally got up just before 7. It was sunny then, damnit. The sky was reddish, though, so I should've expected something like this.
I've seriously slacked since I last rode last Sunday. Haven't looked at the stationary bike at all, and haven't taken any walks. Part of it is because I've been fighting some sort of stomach bug, but there is also laziness. I was looking forward to riding today, but even if the sun comes back out as predicted, it'll be in the low thirties, which is a tad too extreme for me, I think.
