It appears that Frank McCourt has instructed Neddy Coletti to try to reconstruct the 2003 Red Sox in Dodger uniforms. We already have the manager, Grady Little, plus Derek Lowe and Bill Mueller. Now it looks Nomah is going to be a Dodger, too, at least for one year.
So now we have four shortstops, three of whom have been all-stars at the position. Nomar is apparently going to play first, which means Cesar Izturis won't even have second base as an option when he comes back, since Kent won't be moving to first. We still need an outfielder and a starter, although we now seem to have ample trade bait for teams looking for infielders.
