God, I'm Boring...

January: It was a bad year, like a lot of others I've had lately.
February: It is bright, sunny, and warmish (40's) outside.
March: More snow, another six to eight inches.
April: It was a wild and woolly weekend weather-wise.
May: Note to self: never, ever, go to the supermarket on a Sunday afternoon again.
June: What a lovely day.
July: Another gray day in a week of gray days.
August: Heck of an off-field day for us baseball fans, especially those who follow the NL West.
September: The truly aggravating thing about Derek Lowe is that occasionally he throws a brilliant game, such that you wonder why he can't do it more often.
October: I just realized that River's evil teacher was played by Michael from Lost's evil ex.
November: Ya know what's annoying?
December: Neck Deep in the Managerial Muddy...

I'm whiny, too.

I went and looked at the beginning of January, and discovered that I'd made what was supposed to be a very easy New Year's Resolution that I, er, may or may not have met depending on how you define "finished." And I definitely didn't do one of the other two things I hoped to do. So that's depressing. (On the plus side, I am exercising regularly again, so there's that.)

Scurries off to look at Katie's resolutions...

The first draft counts as finished. Everything else is editing.

I didn't any outright resolving this year, although I did figure on carry out the usual ones I make: read more, work on the house more, and exercise more. I actually have done pretty well so far on #1, and did better on #3, although it would be almost impossible to do worse by any menas other than being in a coma for the year.

Inertia is a cruel mistress.
