I was watching this thing on the weather channel last night and they said the Low pressure system was bringing in the initial moisture today, but a disturbance (something) was behind it and if they hit, then the whole coastline was probably gonna get more moisture than expected, but if they didn't hit, then the low would move northward causing more moisture your way and the disturbance would move south causing rain or wind or both south of us and we would be left in a bubble of nothing between them.
COME ON!! Don't mess with one of my politically incorrect gender generalities. ALL MEN like the weather channel and all that pressure movements and air stream bs. and you all understand it.
next thing you know you'll be saying you don't like The 3 Stooges, or trains, or big ships.
It was snowing very nicely here in Toronto tonight, big fluffy flakes just hammering down like they were in a hurry to land and collect their baggage, but in the end, it didn't amount to more than a dusting. 1 cm or two, maybe?
No promises that it won't be the shits when you're here though, it is just the time of year for it. I understand it doesn't snow much inside bars. Perhaps this coincides with your planning.

Date: 2005-03-11 01:44 pm (UTC)I think you may have had our forecast by mistake. We're expecting little snow showers almost everyday for the next week -- so far as I can see.
I have a co-worker who thinks we're going to get a big April blizzard this year.
