Small Victories...

The Dodgers got only their second win in a post-season game in the last twenty years tonight, thumping the Cubs, 7-2. They were really hitting (and walking) on all cylinders. James Loney hit the little grand slam that could (you could almost hear the ball going "I think I can, I think I can..."), and Manny golfed a home run off a pitch that was just inches off the ground. When he hit it, I was sure it was just going to be a dunker behind shortstop. I was amazed to see how far up the bleachers it landed.
