Blech! Not feeling all that great today. Started feeling off not long after lunch yesterday. I'd taken a long, occasionally difficult ride before lunch, so some of it was just being tired. My quads are still pretty tight even tonight, but I don't think the blech is just a matter of being worn out. Probably somethin' I et.

The long ride was 26 miles on the Washington Secondary Bike Path, and I didn't even go all the way to the north end. ( Lying liars who lie... )
